This customer from Cheras is looking for the OAE autogate factory to request a warranty for an issue with their OAE 333A autogate. According to the customer, they had the OAE autogate installed only a few months ago and were promised a 2-year warranty by the autogate installer. At first, we didn’t want to get involved in the customer’s argument with their original autogate installer. But after the customer called us at least four times, we decided to step in and help fix the OAE333A. Sometimes, it’s hard to say no when someone really needs help!
The Cheras customer has been dealing with issues with their OAE333A autogate, which works intermittently. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t.
