I called Mr. Sam to come to my house for an autogate repair because my remote control wasn't working. He guided me through some simple troubleshooting steps, and my autogate started working as it did before. I wanted to pay him RM100 as a token of appreciation, but he refused to take my money. He's really an honest guy. This happened three years ago, in 2021. This morning, my autogate suddenly stopped working again, so I called Mr. Sam, and to my surprise, he still remembers me. He guided me through the process again, but it still didn't work. So, he offered to come to my house, and he managed to solve the problem within 30 minutes. I was actually rushing to leave for a kenduri. Luckily he has everything in the car so I liked his style—no ding dong ding dong around!
Sam is the best repairer in KL. Actually the wiring in my house was done by an Indonesian guy and he messed up everything. The wires are all looped together with the doorbell, pillar lights, and water pump. My house keeps tripping for no reason. I called Sam, and he came for an inspection. He found that the neutral wires had issues, and the earthing reading didn’t meet the required standards. He helped me insert over 10 copper rods into the ground. So far, everything has been good; there haven't been any trips, even during heavy thunderstorms and rain.
Memang pengalaman terbaik dengan Sam Autogate. Saya call nak tanya harga motor autogate, dan mereka minta saya hantar gambar. Dari gambar saja, mereka terus nampak bearing pagar sebelah kiri dah bermasalah, sebab tu pagar jatuh sikit. Betul, beberapa bulan lepas tu pagar memang jatuh terus ke lantai. Dari gambar je dah boleh tahu ada isu—memang berpengalaman!
