We Replaced A 433MHz Autogate Remote Set In Subang Jaya
Recently, our Sam Autogate service team attended a house in Subang Jaya where the customer faced a problem with the autogate remote control not working. However, the autogate could still open and close normally using the switch inside the house. The customer had already changed the remote battery but the problem was still the same.
According to the customer, they were unable to contact the original autogate installer because they only had one old contact number and did not even know the company name anymore. Luckily, their neighbour recommended Sam Autogate after we repaired their autogate last week.
Before going to the customer’s house, our technician prepared common autogate spare parts including remote sets, control boards, transformers and backup batteries. After checking the folding stainless steel autogate system, we found that the autogate remote receiver was damaged. The control board and transformer were still working properly, but the backup battery was already weak and unable to support the autogate during power failure.

To solve the issue, we replaced the 433MHz autogate remote set complete with 1 receiver and 3 new remote controls. At the same time, the customer also requested us to replace the autogate backup battery.
Problems like remote control not functioning while the indoor switch still works are very common.
