Replace Your Old Autogate Arm – Upgrade to Tronica® Arm Autogate

Is your autogate arm cannot open or close? For example:

• You press the remote, hear a sound, but the arm doesn’t move.
• Or the arm opens halfway and then stops.

These problems usually happen when the arm is old or some parts inside are worn out.

Don’t worry if your motor and control board are still working well, you don’t need to replace the whole autogate system. We can replace just the arm, which saves you money and time.

We have many spare parts for different autogate brands and models.

• If you want to keep the same model, it depends on the brand and whether spare parts are available.
• You can also upgrade to a stronger and smoother arm, like the Tronica®-828 Stainless Steel Arm or Tronica®-929 Arm. Many customers upgrade because their old arms are worn out or keep breaking.

For popular autogate brands like Tronica®, Kron, FBM, Mexigate, DNOR, OAE 333A, RDS, E8, AGT, we can usually replace the arm with the same brand.

If spare parts are not available, you can switch to a better brand like Tronica®, which is strong and reliable.

Note: Each arm model works a little differently, so the opening and closing speed may not be exactly the same as the old one. But it will work safely and properly.

OAE Old Arm – Replaced with 2 Units of Tronica®-828 Stainless Steel Arm

We received a call from a customer in Kajang who had a problem with one of their stainless steel autogate arms: it only opened halfway and stopped. The customer suspected the arm was damaged. They had recently replaced the swing autogate control board through another contractor, but spare parts for the arm were no longer available, so they contacted us on a friend’s recommendation.

We came to inspect the autogate and confirmed that the right arm was indeed broken. The customer was using OAE 333A Stainless Steel Arm Autogate. We had the same OAE arm available, but we also suggested upgrading to Tronica®-828 Stainless Steel Arm Autogate, which is a heavy-duty arm, more reliable, and more affordable than the OAE 333A arm.

The customer decided to replace both arms to avoid future issues. After installing the Tronica®-828 arms, their folding gate now moves smoother, stronger, and more reliable than before.
